We will guarantee the possibility to postpone your stay within a year of the check-in date, in the same villa, for the same number of nights and in the same season (or a cheaper season), in the case that the client's arrival flight would be affected by any travel advisories/restrictions or airport closures. This more flexible approach will provide a sense of security for new customers who would be otherwise hesitant to confirm their reservation for your villa.
Over the past couple of weeks, we have been receiving an increasing number of clients requesting a cancellation or postponement. In order to facilitate this process, we have implemented the following procedure for existing bookings made prior to the Coronavirus outbreak.
